Music and visuals collaborated to give “Doobay” by Ankur Tiwari from his album “Akela”, a cinematic second life which was intimate, metaphorical, and resonant. The video became a visual essay, mirroring the song’s emotion in every frame.

How do you capture the feeling of a love song without losing authenticity or overplaying drama?
THE SOLUTION
Doobay started as an attempt to capture what a NYC rom-com might feel like if it were a music video. It slowly grew into a narrative that felt like a visual daydream of all those times that make love feel like one big memory dump.
